Special classes are arranged for the betterment of weak as well as brilliant students.

 
     
  Class VIII  
  D.A.V. Education Board, New Delhi will be conducting the final examination.  
 

 

 
  Class IX  
 

The final examination will be conducted by the school as per the guidelines of the D.A.V. Education Board, New Delhi. The result will be declared by the school.

 
   

 

 
  Class XII  
 

The final examination of X and XII will be conducted by CBSE Delhi.

House System

To inculcate the values, discipline, school spirit, fraternity, skill of management and leadership, the students have been classified into four houses as under:

a)  Dayanand House

b)  Vivekanand House

c)  M.H.R. House

d)  M.C.H. House

Each house is headed by a house-in-charge and a house captain (a student) the house shall perform the following duties in rotation:

  • To manage the morning assembly.

  • To write news and thought for the day on the display board.

  • To check the latecomers.

  • To maintain order during recess

  • To look after the general cleanliness of campus.

  • To check the students uniform.

  • To make preparation to any function/festival scheduled during the duty.

Leave Rules

  • Every student is expected to maintain an attendance of 80% during the academic year. Failing this, he/she may not be allowed to take the final examination.

  • For any absence, a fine of Rs. 5/- will be charged. No leave is granted except or prior application from parents or guardians.

  • In the school, if a student misses any class or leaves the school before closure without permission, he/she will be marked absent for the whole day. Stern action will be taken against such truants.

  • A student's name will be struck off the rolls if the student is absent from the school for 7 days continuously without taking valid leave.

School Rules

  • Students are required to bring their diaries to the school daily.

  • Students who come to school on their own should reach the school at least five minutes before the bell rings.

  • Students are required to assemble for the morning prayer as soon as the bell rings.

  • Students should always be neatly dressed with their shoes polished and hair groomed properly.

  • Students who are improperly or shabbily dressed will not be allowed in the class room.

  • Students are advised to make use of the dust bins provided for throwing bits of papers etc. They are expected to keep the campus neat and clean.

  • No Student should shout or whistle in the school premises.

  • Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. Any loss of articles or money should  be reported to class or subject teachers immediately. The school shall not be responsible for all these losses.

  • Students are forbidden to practice any borrowing or lending.

  • Parents or guardians are not permitted to visit the classroom or meet their wards or take away their wards during school hours without the written permission of the principal.

  • A school is judges by the conduct of its students hence the students are always expected to set standards of good conduct and politeness in the school, in the buses and at public places to mak themselves worthy ambassadors of the institution.

  • No books which are questionable including novels, periodicals, digests, walkman, watches and mobiles should not be brought to the school.

  • During the absence of a class teacher, the class monitor will assume full responsibility of maintaining discipline in the class, till the teacher arrives.

  • Students should reach their stipulated stop 5 minutes early and wait for the bus. The bus will not wait under any circumstances if the child arrives late at the concerned stop, as it will cause a lot of inconvenience in maintaining punctuality.

 
     
  Fee Structure
  • All the school dues should be paid from 1st to 10th of every month. If per chance the same could not be deposited on the above mentioned date, the same can be deposited on 20th of every month.
  • if 10th of the month happens to be a holiday, then payment is to made by the next working day.
  • Rs. 10/- will be charged with next month's fee as late fee charges.
  • Parents should kindly keep the counterfoils safe with them and produce them whenever required by the school to verify the payment of the school dues.
